What penalty runs taken from Sri Lanka?
Five penalty runs were added to England's first innings, but I hadn't heard about any further penalties.

No runs were deducted from Pakistan; every run they scored has counted. Check out the match scorecard. Even the article you mistakenly think supports your assertion points out that this did not happen:
"The umpires though, have ruled the short run intentional. England had five runs added to their first-innings total as a result, taking their score to 290."
Would be incredibly harsh to deduct runs from Pakistan [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23][emoji23]
