I can answer that one for you - absolutely nowhere near.

I love the bloke but he ain't getting called up for England. Never ever ever ever ever.

Lol, I think Dale Stephens has about as much chance as I do of getting into the England squad. Decent player but very one dimensional. He is a good all round player but is not exceptional in any area of his game.
