Yup, saw that, and, as a mum herself, it's the aspect of the judgement that appears to cause her the most distress. If the judgement had gone the other way, I'd like to think that KH would think likewise. Tho, to be fair, always easy to be gracious after you've won the battle. A bit like Jurgen Klopp really.

The idea that any outlet would actually WANT to pay her because they think people WANT to read her side of the story is pretty depressing, to be honest. I'm not saying people wouldn't want to read it, just not really understanding WHY! What, exactly, does the world owe her?
To be fair to Monroe: it was Hopkins' decision to let it escalate - JM wanted an apology and £5k to charity. Why Hopkins wanted to rack up huge legal costs on a case that she was never likely to win is the big question. Did she think her supporters would bail her out?
