I'd prefer it if all the leftover burgers etc could be free after the final whistle!

(but I can see the stands emptying before the end if we are 2/3 up, to get in the queue for the freebies...)

The bars have enough trouble coping with a paid beer...

I don't know if it still happens but in the first couple of seasons any left over food was given to the stewards and other day staff.

If Bud Light was the incentive I'd hope we LOOSE every game

Sounds like they'd be better off locking the First Team in the fridge!

what is actually "light" about Bud Light (cant look up due to internet filters aversion to anything alcohol related)

That would seem a good idea. Didn't they ship it out to the homeless once too? (which is THE best idea).

A good idea, but unfortunately any cooked food can't be kept for more than 2 hours. Food regulations are still enforced even if your giving it to the homeless.

I really like what they do at Accrington Stanley.

For 3pm kickoffs they have a pre-match Happy Hour from 12.30-1.30, or 5.30-6.30 midweek, where all pints are £2.
Then if Stanley win, they have a "Winners Hour" for 60 minutes after the final whistle, where all pints are £1.
Then after the Winners Hour, the prices revert to the Happy Hour price of £2 a pint until they close.

That would be absolutely brilliant at the Amex, but Barber would probably have a coronary. Would certainly have more people arriving early and staying late though.
