[Football] Is Man of the Match out of touch with gender neutrality?

I think it's a good question especially at grass roots where boys and girls play in the same team.

I have a girl in my U7's team and Sunday was their first ever game as a team. She was "Player of the game" genuinely giving 100% and quiet frankly, better than most boys on the pitch.

I had to think of what to call it before announcing it as I've never been in that situation before.
