36kpa is 100M in 10 seconds (according to the OP) - none of the footballers matched that.
Did you manage to get one of the videos to play then? I couldn't find it mentioned in the article (although I know the OP mentioned it, but not the source).
I still can't imagine many PL defenders would relish the job of chasing down Usain Bolt!

That’s top speed, very different to running a 100m.
I’m a 400m sprinter and have clocked over 37km/h in a 100m race but my pb is 11.3.
I don’t know how accurate they are but clocked 36km/h in a football game wearing boots with the Addias MiCoach
Bolt’s top speed in a race has been measured at all 44.72km/h!!
I’d imagine the “fast” footballer would be around 10.5sec
