Big test case, imo. Will the (US) Justice system support a father who lost his very young child in a mass murder atrocity who’s repeatedly been called a liar by Jones, or will it support Jones’s right to dump further torment on him?

I hope it goes to trial rather than being settled - it’d be good to have a precedent set.

This was inevitable and long over due, fake news has to be brought to justice.....

I can’t think of much worse than having your child murderd and to top that people claiming that it was a hoax, you’re son did not die or worse still exist......

Shocking state of affairs that has to stop.
