Only a slight risk, all of these new players will be off if Fulham get relegated and will still have a resale value. Even failed PL players seem to command decent transfer fees. I have never heard of most of their signings so I can't say if they are decent or not. Newly promoted teams tend to need a decent start so the new players at Fulham and Wolves will need to hit the ground running.
