Is it really that difficult? Offer those that sit there a discount if they are willing to move. Some will, some won't. Those that stay would be surrounded by people singing and making noise and may join in, thus giving these kids the growth in numbers they want. Why do this group need to have control over every seat in the block? Do they have such a waiting list of youngsters desperate to dress up in costume at football game that they need that space (where were all these die hards when Palace were in Championship?)?
