None of that is true, sorry. That is just how he'd like to be perceived, and is little more than a feeble attempt to excuse his appalling conduct.
He is a complete buffoon which the temperament of a toddler who thinks about nothing but appeasing the people who voted him in, regardless of any long term damage. The evidence is there for all to see:
* Jerusalem. He has cow-towed to his Zionist financial backers by doing something that has directly led to 100 lost lives. Apart from anything else, the UN's position is that the status of Jerusalem remains undecided. This move is an utterly selfish one, has cost lives, and flies in the face of international opinion. And all because he wanted to keep those funding him onside.
* China and the trade war. So he's imposed tariffs on foreign steel. Tariffs are a socialist thing, and the only right winger who would think otherwise is a moronically selfish one. With this, he's thrown a bone to the rust belt. US steelworkers are applauding him of course, but over time we will now see billions wiped off international trade and this of course will cost jobs elsewhere in the US (as well as everywhere else). The only thing is, that will take years to impact his country and even longer to quantify. What does he care though? Removal of international tariffs have been widely acknowledged as a major reason for lifting billions out of poverty. He's just put this into reverse.
* Mexico, Germany, Canada - arguably 3 of the US's 5 or 6 biggest worldwide allies and he has managed to grossly offend every single one of them with a boorish ignorance and failure to understand how the status quo in these spats ever came about. Maybe things do need to change, but we can clearly see that his toddler tantrums do far more harm than good. His whinging about Canada - turns out the trade tariffs each pays in the other's domestic market is about the same. Germany - there's a reason Germans (and the rest of Europe) feel uncomfortable about them spending too much on defence. Mexico - they feel they've been more than a good friend to the US down the years, and what do they get from Trump? Disgusting insults, walls, and their citizens locked up and separated.
He's just an absolute moron and it beggars belief he runs that country.

I was merely responding to someone's post that suggested Trump was something new in the Presidents seat, he's not. There's been worse. Bill being one.

Nobody suggested it was something new. Stop making things up. It was stated that Clinton was in a relationship with Lewinsky for a couple of years. A girl, who was star-struck, and admitted to virtually throwing herself at him, and nobody sane would consider that similer to the actions of President McPussyGrab.
He's a billionaire, a lot of his best friends are billionaires. He's possibly the best human personification of "the swamp" and grossest heights of what can be produced by capitalism and "the establishment" that we've ever seen. A shame his voter base don't spot this...
