Don't know the answer but would be a good investment as the area has changed much over the past few years, for the better, still a way to go but better to invest in an upcoming area. They made a cock up of the Open Market but there are some good restaurants and restaurants. Semolina in Baker Street is my favourite restaurant in Brighton.
