If you eat healthily and exercise properly the body will eventually burn it, however it tends to gather in the places where it is most difficult to shift and exercise alone won’t work.

Yep. You can’t out exercise a bad diet.

Nice.
Indeed, you cannot out-train a bad diet.

Really? You can eat the odd biscuit and chocolate and still lose weight (fat). It's the whole diet that counts, the odd chocolate and biscuit won't stop that.

As I said, I have lost a stone but would like to have lost some more. It is the extra treats of chocolate, biscuits, cake etc. that is holding me back. However, over all am happy with my current weight, body fat and body muscle. Also my blood pressure is spot on and general good health, hence continuing with exercise.

this. almost like the poster doesnt have a clue about the nonsense spouted. ingesting gluten or sugar, like bread and fruit we've been eating for a couple of millenia, suddenly is deadly to humans.

Only recently flour became processed......obviously i'm not talking about fruit sugars.....but processed white sugar.
