He went to Swansea for £12mill a year ago and has since done his ACL and been out since February. Why would anyone pay £12 million now? I think he should get fit, stay with Swansea and get some goals in the Championship, then maybe a desperate Prem side might make a crazy offer in the January window.

I dont think I would want him even on a free if it were my choice, he had one or two perhaps good seasons with Swansea but then bombed when he went to Man City. He looks lazy and dis-interested when he's played but that may be because he is only used in a substitute role generally. But City must have seen something in him or they wouldnt have signed him, so like most on here I dont really know.
