that looks nicely done...:thumbsup: i have read posts re putting accelerants on to get the coals going ...deffo a no no .....if you can get cured timber and burn it down to coals with no smoke you are laughing , i have seen some heinous bbq crimes in my years and basically the black soot off coals is offing deadly ...litterally ..!!

As per am the other comments, the chimney starter is a must have and I notice the price has risen dramatically since I bought one but checkout Asda, I think they are a fiver in there.

For my gas bbq, a must have is a rotisserie, superb. This is a new version of mine.

I'm at the airport at the moment but I had a quick check earlier today on Alibaba and they had a skewer/kebab rotator for $1.99!!
