VAR question. What happens if a team counters and scores whilst the VAR is reviewing a penalty appeal at the other end.
(or indeed what happens if a player gets a penalty VAR on the counter as per the above example but the first decision hasnt been made yet)

If it's a penalty, then the goal is ruled out and a penalty is given.
This has happened the goal was wiped out and the first penalty given.
