I agree there have always been a top4-6 spending clubs even when the wages were supposedly capped. However Blackburn are far from the original success buying club. Arsenal took Hernert Chapman from Huddersfield and Arsenals chairman was banned from football for illegal payments to players, I am sure there were clubs before this but this is the earliest I can remember.

'Fixing' for a few clubs is pointless. They should fix the whole thing. It would be well exciting if the last few games were six pointers, especially down the trap door end.
