I rather liked the observation by Barry Glendenning, that the homeless people of Windsor who sleep rough were cleared from the streets in advance - so that people who have homes could bring their sleeping bags along and sleep rough on the streets, in order to bag a good spot for the wedding / parade.

The ultimate irony.
