[Football] Does anyone think that mouriho enjoys football anymore

Remember when he first came here as a fresh faced young manager who seemed to enjoy his team's.

He was smiling, banter with the crowd, banter with the officials.

Now he looks like a miserable cantankerous old bugger who gives the air of someone who hates the game.

I wonder what motivates him now as it can't be money?

Maybe it is ego?

Btw looking at Spurs here, how bloody well did we play to nullify them in the week.

Think he sees himself as some kind of brooding existentialist film director or something, same as many of his players self-identify as bad-haired badass gangstas. All of it pantomime pathetic. Obviously.

I was wondering this as well, he doesn't seem to be enjoying himself in the main but he is clearly still motivated and still determined to succeed and he is. They'll finish second in the league and they're in the FA Cup final. Had they not lost to Sevilla in the Champions League, it would have been a very successful season for them.

Tottenham were as toothless today as they were on tuesday, you could understand it in the league because they had this game to play but there's really no reason for them to be so tame today. They didn't play very well in terms of creating chances and testing De Gea. We were strong and well organised against them, as Man Utd were and Tottenham really had nothing to break them down.

When he came here it was Chelsea and the Kings Road and a fair few sunny days, now he's stuck up there living out of a suitcase getting rained on. Manchester may have United and City, but no one really wants to be stuck up there long term, just ask the Gallaghers, and they were born and raised there.

Fed up with trains. Sick of the rain.

Yes, CH and Mourinho have both got their tactics and set up spot on v Spurs this week.

That is generous because the games are determined by moments on the pitch. If Eric Dier's deflected shot goes inside the post rather than hitting it, Spurs are level and it's a different game. If you look only at the results, you can claim anything you want. Ultimately, the result is all that matters and the result is all that Mourinho, and probably our Chris, care about.
