If memory serves me correctly, prior to the advent of the Albion, an incarnation of the Team was Brighton Rangers who played at Surrenden Field and were known as the greenbacks.

Apart from the colour, badge, sponsor, Nike tick, arm sponsor, and number of stripes it IS very West Brom.

Home kit is nice enough, but pretty uninspiring.
