Been watching the horses in boozer in town but my 18.05 thameslink train from Brighton was cancelled due to a ‘disturbance at Hassocks’ (of all places)

Not with that amount of policing. Guy behind me did have a 20p piece thrown at him though.

It got a bit tasty when I missed a two footer at the 8th today...my putter nearly went into the bushes.

Friend texted me to say there was a massive set to outside the Fulham ground vs Brentford seemly. He is a Fulham fan and some of their more lively fans have reappeared now that they are doing well again.

There was some sort of ruckus at the end of the beam-back over toward the north end of WSL, but was sat near the dugout so no idea what actually happened.

Got a bit lively after the game ended with people from both sides trying to jump over the segregation and there was some coins thrown but thats about it.

One of my mates got a couple of broken ribs (again) when one of their's went in with his elbow.

But that's walking football for you.

We really do have some idiotic fans though - in the march to Norwood someone thought it fun to throw horse shit at the police hitting mostly our fans. Maybe you were the bearded moron in a blue t shirt who decided to rip car's wing mirrors off as we walked. Or then there were those who were boasting about peeing in the sink in coach 2 of the train on the way back - the clean 12 coach train with a fully functioning toilet. Maybe I'm just in a bad mood after the match and its all small scale stuff but this fixture really does bring out the neanderthals. I think I will follow the lead of others on here and give this one a miss next time.

And if you do that you will allow more "Neanderthals" to get tickets.

You mean they pretended to jump the segregation with little or no intent of actually getting across:lolol::lolol:
Does make me laugh sometimes that you can get over 100 people plus doing this and a dozen stewards don't need to make any effort in keeping fans apart.

There was some sort of ruckus at the end of the beam-back over toward the north end of WSL, but was sat near the dugout so no idea what actually happened.

Two complete neanderthals, with their equally neanderthal girlfriends were acting like utter knobs throughout the game. Seemingly oblivious to the fact that there were no opposition supporters present, they spent the game abusing the screen and chanting tunelessly and incoherently. There was much amusement at their expense throughout the game.

At the end, they hurled their full pints towards the screen, but got nowhere near their intended target - instead, these pints splattered all over a group of ten year old kids at the front.

No apologies, and out they attempted to stride, Liam Gallagher style. The stewards had been watching them, and cut them off. They faced up to the stewards with loads of arms out wide brouhaha, and one of their girlfriends slapped one of the stewards quite hard.

They were then escorted out with the rest of the crowd laughing at them, and letting them know what utter cocks they were, on the off chance that they didn't know.

I don't know what happened to them after this. Or care, really.

I had some friends on that side of stand and apparently a small group of lads were just a little too lubricated and throughput game there was a some way over the top swearing considering there were a few kids about. To top it all they then decided at end of game to lob a bottle at one of the big screens. Then the stewards got involved.
