Might be worth waiting until we know what time period is under investigation............I wouldn't rule it out, although of course could be complete coincidence and NOTHING to do with his time at Palace.

He's insolvent, but not bankrupt (yet).

The creditors, not Souare, decide by a vote whether the arrangement is acceptable. He cannot control whether his home etc is touched.
