I watched the first 2 parts but was a little disappointed that it focused on the response rather than

(1) the russian "tourists" carrying out the plot and

(2) the security services MI5, GCHQ etc. putting together what happened.


I haven't seen part 3, but surely there isn't time to cover the all the above now.

It was about the individuals involved more about the personal stories rather than a full account, so I guess it was a little difficult getting enough detail from those you highlighted.
