My bragging rules:

If another club's supporter starts on you. It's open season.

Otherwise:

Never brag at people who support their LOCAL club. Even Palace (well, okay, not them- but you know what I mean). Upon these folk football stays special. I have nothing but respect for them.

As for those who support teams because they are 'good', well, do as you wish. No-one get as much enjoyment out of winning the league with a team they have no connection (real or imagined) as a supporter who sees his team enter the league for the first time or have a long cup run. For me it's beyond comprehension.

Oh, and don't use the word 'tinpot'. Not to lower league clubs anyway. They are the foundation of football in this country.

It is your Arsenals, Uniteds etc where tinpottery is truly found.

When enjoying success never forget the rock from which you were hewn.

All of that I agree with, but come on, it's Arsenal.
