A win against Arsenal, because Man Utd only likely to field their reserves, so it would not be as meaningful a win.

Not at all.

Here's their team from the last round against Huddersfield:

20 Romero
18 Young
12 Smalling
2 Lindelöf
23 Shaw
39 McTominay
16 Carrick
31 Matic
8 Mata (Substituted for Lingard at 81'minutes)
9 R Lukaku (Substituted for Bailly at 90+3'minutes)
7 Sánchez (Substituted for Martial at 75'minutes)

Ive voted Arsenal because its our next game, keep the unbeaten run going and we can go to Old Trafford full of confidence and belief that we can give United a decent game.

Ask me again before the cup match and i will vote Man Utd over any other game, but its Arsenal up next, one game at a time.

Don't need to read anyone's post. Premier league survival. is far more important than a cup win. It really is that simple.

If you read his post you'd understand.

Would you rather watch us in a relegation battle every season in the premiership for the next 10/15 years or win the FA cup, maybe get relegated and maybe then get promoted again. I'm guessing you are in the former camp whereas others would actually like to see something of relevance on the BHA CV.

tough choice. gone for win over Man United mostly because I will probs be at the game. I wont be at the Arsenal game and if we don't win in the cup we don't stay in the comp. Lose in the league and could still remain in the league.

I am firmly in the FA cup win at Old Trafford. I think we will stay up without the win against Arsenal although it would be nice to beat them.
We might, we might not. A lot better chance with a guaranteed win against them though, yes please.
An FA cup semi final after the confidence of a win at Old Trafford would be magic.
Nah, it would just mean more disappointment when we lose to Spurs or Chelsea.

1st things first lets get a win v Arsenal to help secure our future then worry about Man Utd at 7pm on 10th March after doing the same at Everton.
Sure, but that's not the hypothetical poll.

That wasn't the question though.

Man Utd. Because we progress to the next round, 1 point will be enough from Arsenal and I will vote for 3 points off Man City away instead, on another poll.

If we beat Arsenal our confidence and momentum will be boosted, making a difficult win at Old Trafford slightly more likely.

So I'll go for both.
