The bloke who sits behind me, who is so insistent that Bong is rubbish that he sounds racist, will be mortified. Mind you, he commentates the match by spouting such rubbish as 'take a position' or 'forward' when there is nobody further forward! He has no clue how good Bong is because he lives in a 60s world where, if a player shepherds instead of committing to a tackle, he must be rubbish.

not his biggest fan but he was awesome against Swansea and gives the club time to consider how we might fill this position going forward. ideally we want someone who combines Bong's physical presence with Sutner's footballing capabilities. anyone know where we can get a half & half player

Well worth the year extension, he's doing very well, I still favour Suttner, but no doubt Bong has been excellent of late and is a nailed on starter currently.
