I don’t think CH will go 4-4-2. I think we’ll see Locadia up front on his own.

Listening to Locadia post-match, he spoke about his goal and Leo making a move to the front post and him knowing to get in behind. From the (admittedly) little we have seen so far, I would say he’d be better played up to alongside Murray, Hemed or Ulloa than with Gross.

I wonder if CH will consider playing Locadia wide left, as he seemed to take up that position naturally yesterday at times, and he can play either role. That would allow Ulloa or Murray to play up top with Izquierdo / Knockaert or March on the other wing.

The trouble with playing Locadia on the left is that's where Izquierdo does his best work. I can see them both playing for the same spot depending on who is on form, with Murray/Ulloa being the solo striker. This would sorry trouble for March.

Locadia is a forward, I don’t think he can defend well enough to play on the left in a 4-4-2, but a 4-3-3, yes.

While it was great to see the new guy put on a good show yesterday, Murray is on a run of good form, and I'm not so sure Hughton will throw J Lo straight in.

I reckon it'll be the usual formation with Murray up top.
