Friday IS an event for me as I have been dry the whole rest of the week. Broke the drought tonight with a Greene King Heritage Pale Ale and am now carrying on with the white Cotes Du Rhone I had with my chicken and chorizo risotto. It's not doing it for me and my only alternatives, due to not buying booze recently, appear to be gin or squash. Or gin and squash. .
