Really dislike having to wait for a Monday night draw. Should have been done on Saturday.

i remember my old headmaster letting my lil bro and i sit in his car to listen to the draw, then we had to read it out to the whole school, lovely bloke looking back, pompey fan tho.......
edit (he wasn't in the car at the time, nothing weird going on here!)

Loved it when the draw was on a Saturday 5.30ish so all back on the coach to hear who was next.,felt like football belongs to us back then.

Iirc in the early 80’s it was Monday lunchtime! I remember I was at Fawcett when they announced we had drawn Liverpool in the 5th round, then in 84 in the 4th?

How did I miss that? I watched Motd to see how he got on, missed who the keeper was when I sneezed, then didn't notice him at all. I hang my head in shame. But I still think Hart is a nightmare keeper and hope he plays against us.
