Having a 99 goal striker doesn’t mean he scores the chance in the 90th min

Pretty terrible weekend for us.

Losing 4-0 no fun. But hardly.
Palace, Hudds, Watford, Newcastle all lost. Swansea probably will as well.
West Ham, Bournemouth, Southampton, West Brom - 1 point only.
Stoke only team to win off bottom 10 (so far)
Still 16th, 3 points off 10th.

Another lower team deservedly taking points from the 'big six' Soton looked pretty good in this game, which is obviously not good news for their next league fixture.

Southampton gain an unexpected point that may save them from relegation.

Spurs didn’t look all that when we played them but we went there with the intention of scraping a 0-0 draw and showed no intent at all, even when we went a goal down to a lucky deflection. If you don’t even try and take the game to a team the best you can hope for is to repel wave after wave of attack and hope for a 0-0 or a lucky breakaway if you have the players with the spirit to go for it, which we didn’t. Once we went 2 down it was all over.

Really hope Locadia gives us the outlet in attack we’ve been missing in most games so far.

As soon as it was announced Eriksen would miss this match the draw was on.
