In Rafa's defence he stuck with them when they got relegated and he's stuck with them through this awful season despite no signings and the cloud of takeover hanging over the club.

On paper they're as bad as any side in the Prem, probably worse than the side that got relegated last time.

Like Jose, he is not a walker.
Would rather hang around to be replaced and get a payout, unless a better offer comes along.

Watching Newcastle v Arsenal on Sky. Newcastle have played great.

The much maligned (on NSC) Benitez is doing OK in managing one of the promoted clubs.

Exactly. 4th consecutive league win, top half of the table and now up to 41 points. Decent manager.

Those 3 points at home to them are looking more and more valuable.
