AK has been pretty poor this season, gutted as was expecting so much more from him.

I went into the season with cautious optimism seeing as he'd had a good season with us but hadn't set the world alight with Leicester in the PL. Think we're starting to see more of that Knockaert than the one we remember from the Championship, his level might have been found unless he steps up his game massively. We've seen flashes in the pan that he might be able to with bits and pieces here and there, but that's not enough unfortunately.

He lacks genuine pace at this level, very rarely gets past someone

Bit of an odd one as we don't want suspensions or sendings off but does being 2nd lowest for yellow or reds show we are being to soft. Surely you'd expect us to be high up the list if we were pressing hard and trying to make the established teams uncomfortable playing us?

Got to agree with the sentiment that a new striker, no matter how good, will need decent service.
Might end up buying a striker just to run about waiting.........................as our current ones are doing.
