But it was. Refs watching the feed advised the ref on the pitch (correctly) that there wasn't a clear and obvious error therefore the goal stands. Worked perfectly. I can't believe the panellists in the studio can't grasp it.

Yes it was - the video ref would have disallowed it without the ref referring it to VAR had it been handball. But it wasn't, so he didn't.

Baldock is allowed to be a little ring rusty but he had a great shot that hit the post and , if sharper, would have buried the later effort. I think he should get a few run outs and hopefully will prove the doubters wrong.
