Thanks hopefully it is the possibility that they have set the delay timer. I'd forgotten that happened to us once.

Thanks for your help. I've just been over. Turned off at cooker fuse box. Turned on and still not working. Decided to take a look inside. Turned off at main fuse box and just had a little try at turning it on again prior to starting to dismantle and it all started working again.

Probably a dodgy element if goes again.
