Annoyingly, whilst it suggests there are 2 Tickets in E230, when I select them it says “not enough availability in this area”
Edit: but weirdly, it worked selecting them one at a time
This. Also tested something else I wasn’t sure about. I didn’t have enough points on the day they sold out, but subsequently went over that number after Swansea, so you can get these last minute tickets even if you couldn’t at the time.

Can you pick up a ticket at OT on the day or do you have to get to the Amex to collect it from there?

Strange that a computer cannot wake before 9am?
The only option available was pick up from AMEX, but I imagine you could ring and arrange to collect at OT instead.
