It's debatable as to whether it's a stupid yellow from frustration, or a genuine 'taking one for the team' card.

I'd have to see it again, but even though Barnes would still have had a lot to do, I think it was a fair shout from Duffy to be fair. The spin on the bounce really caught him out and it would be just our luck to concede from something like that at the moment.

I wouldnt worry too much if Dunk and Murray get booked against Watford and miss Chelsea as long as we get 3 points and they are available for Newcastle Bournemouth and West Brom.

Much better that they don't get booked, as the Card Amnesty starts as soon as the Watford game ends - so with no booking they'd be available for those games anyway.

I agree but if they did get a yellow it wouldnt be a disaster as much as a booking today would have been.

After the West Ham match, Dunk has joined Shane Duffy on 6 cautions - Brighton and Hove Albion - Disciplinary Status 2017-18

Our centre-back pairing each need to pick up fewer than 4 bookings over the next 6 matches in order to avoid a two-match suspension.

It’d only be a one match suspension for Dunk as it’d be his first of the season, I think.
