He's a very hard worker, leads by example and has a good future ahead of him.

And he's a little *******, as we remember from before, during and after his time with us :lolol:

When the dreadful day that Hughton leaves comes around, we have no need to interview anyone other than Nathan.

If it isn't for a good few years, then maybe. Meanwhile, as well as he is doing, there is a massive gulf between League Two football and the Premier League.

He did well enough in the Championship to get us out of the relegation zone, before Hughton took over. Reading at home 2-0 down at half time, and that superb match away to Fulham.

I think he would be great after Hughton but some idiots on here hold a deep grudge that he didnt wave at them or over reacted to a tackle 15 years ago.

Brighton / Hove actually
After Poyet leaving he had to galvinise the team and get them all onside, and he did this by setting a good example. We were a mess but got to the playoffs. I would have him back after Hughton based on his work ethic. He was unlucky not to get promoted via the playoffs last season but is heading for autos this season. He has got it in him to be one of the top British managers because he is not shy of early mornings and hard work.
