Fantastic stuff, this is the kind of show that makes the license fee so worthwhile.

What on Earth will TV nature programmes be like after David Attenborough? I think they'll just sound completely wrong.
 


Blue Planet 2 has beaten Strictly and X Factor for ratings yesterday.

Blue Planet 10.3 million
Strictly 9.6 million
X Factor 4.3 million.

Comes as no surprise to me, but will the broadcasters realise there is a demand for factual, well filmed and presented programs rather than mind numbing dross.

They will have to re-edit his sentences through some computer programme so that it is him - royalties for his family will be massive
