Maybe NSC could introduce a facility to acknowledge the thumbs up you receive by a reciprocal thumbs up thereby affording the opportunity to increase the thumb giver's thumb count in appreciation of their magnanimity. It would also help to ensure that their Ying is more in balance with their Yang.

Sometimes i give them because the post made me laugh, two on this thread for example, sometimes if a poster has quoted me, just to let them know i read their reply, sometimes i mean to and forget, sometimes i just cant be arsed, all quite simple really :lol:
