Best episode of the series so far. Fair play to James for grabbing PM for 2 weeks in a row, strong performance by the remarkable Elizabeth.

I loved the way Sugar didn't break stride or show an ounce of regret as he wielded the axe in a devastating 5 minutes of top sackery. HR pornography at its finest.

All deserved and, all three should have gone weeks ago IMO.

Quite how far up their arses they are is shown on linkedin

BBC Apprentice Candidate 2017 - Management Consultant - Luxury Watch Trader - Entrepreneur - Public Speaker

A contestant on a reality TV show, [and not a good one at that], who on earthl would want to hire him as a public speaker?

Surprised it took this long for multiple firing but agree with others that they all deserved it and should've gone a long time ago

Watching it last night, once their team lost, we predicted all three would be sacked and they were.

They were inept and unprofessional candidates throughout, so righty culled.

Leaving just bitchy and negative Joanne of the rubbish candidates.

Largely agree with all of this, except I thought Anisa was a little unfortunate, especially given the utter shambles of the previous week's losers when all of them should have gone and only one did.

James dodged a bullet there and now either he or Sarah will win I reckon, although I wouldn't be surprised if Elizabeth stays in for a while, along with gobby northerner Michaela, both of whom are half competent but also good television for different reasons.

Called it the same way but 'Arrison has been lucky to land on the winning team several times now, doesn't seem to have two brain cells to rub together (did they have cars in medieval times???) and should have been given a rocket up the backside for not getting out of bed when he was told to.

I know Arrison won't win, but I like him.

The first 8 weeks has been all about shedding the very lazy, the rude, the bitches and a couple of arrogant posh or geeky types lacking street common-sense.

Jade  and Sarah stand out as streets ahead of the others. But should they make it through to the last week, will their business plans stand up to scrutiny from Alan's interrogators?

I can't believe he's got rid of Jade tonight.

I've not been paying the closet of attention, but she seems to have been very solid in most tasks and was let down by her team mates tonight*.

(* and, contrary to hans kraay fan club's early appraisal, she's a very nice looking girl indeed)

All three of them could have gone IMO.

Jade has been ordinary at best, all series. She's the one who didn't say a word in the Brussels episode, no? Awful performance tonight, a certain firing and Harrison was gone the moment they showed you him saying he didn't care about the task because he's not pitching anything fashion related. Clueless moron.

In all fairness
.. I can deal with people getting binned for not being able to put a meal together or buy shit.....but 'fashion'? **** that.

Missed it tonight as the kids lost the remote control (again).

They went to bed at 7.30 as usual and when I went to put the TV on at 9pm the remote was nowhere to be found. Finally found it at quarter to ten, in the Christmas tree  , having had every cushion off the sofa three times and the rest of the living room looking like we'd been raided by the drugs squad.

Will watch it on catch-up,

Agreed. Scrubbed up okay.

Her sacking tonight was harsh I thought - even though the failure WAS all on her decisions. They were (in hindsight) bad calls, but it was tough doing all her part on her own. Two should have gone to choose the designer and negotiate, leaving one for the other bits. What did they actually do anyway? Pick some models from a line up?

Jesus. MASSIVELY poor on the TOTTY front.

Karen Brady clone, Jade comfortably the best of a poor lot. Sarah-Jane perhaps will scrub up better than that shot looks.

Disappointing.

They left a lovely little taster for next weeks episode at the end didn't they? Watching Elizabeth get absolutely slaughtered by that PROPER hard-nosed business woman is going to be absolutely magnificent telly. For this reason alone, I'm glad she wasn't binned off two episodes ago for her part in that Norman village shambles.

I felt sorry for the losing side last night.

It was 3 v 4 with the 4 having experience in Fashion.

The 2 girls could have done the negotiating but that would have left 'Arrison in a sub team on his own.

Methinks Sugar knew what he was doing with the team selection. He wants Elisabeth (and probably Joanna) to be taken apart in the interviews Why? because it makes good telly. No other reason.
