I'm happy to get involved with this, so thanks Ernest for the heads up.

There is NO chance of me landing a 22/1 winner, so at least my £5 investment will GUARANTEE the Nigels don't spawn a fluke win.

Current Betfair odds:

Nigels to win: 24.0 (23/1)
Draw: 10.0 (9/1)

I will dutch my fiver over both outcomes because I'd be quite disappointed if they even got a draw up there.

I fully expect them to go down this year, but that said 22/1 would be great odds probably for me against 18 other clubs.

City just seem a different class from what I've seen and think the manager finally has 'his' style imprinted on the team

Can't see Palace getting anything from the next three games. But the weird thing is, I don't think they've been that poor in the past two games. They've got some good players and if they start playing to their potential when Zaha gets back they will not be the worst team in the PL. Probably not even in the bottom three. Whether the damage is irreparable at that point remains to be seen.

Palace Worthing? Never! My birthplace would never agree to that.

I took the title to mean.....are Palace fans betting on a Worthing win this weekend. If so then they are mad.

Could never ever even think of putting money on the scum to win at any odds, would mean for my pay off I would want them to win, and that is never going to happen.

I'm hoping for a goal!! But those two away games are probably the toughest two games of the season so wouldn't be shocked if we didn't score. :D

Wilf and Sakho to save us from October.:guns:

Giving De Boer the Sakho has maybe saved you.

Now is the time to get behind Palace: Paddy Power offering 500/1 now they're 3-0 down.

Gotta be 28 or even 33/1 next week.

I wonder what the record odds are for a divisional game?
