The problem is old people can't have children.

I'm Nigel myself and I have always hated my name. The only saving grace was that it was marginally more street than Rupert... then along came the Palace connection.

Not even one Nigel in all of UK? How do they know for sure?

I'll have to get a new pet rock and name it Nigel. That seems appropriate.

The ONS can only go by names registered but I imagine there are very, very few people with unregistered children, Why would you not register a name? No child benefits, no schooling, no passport etc?

Names are like fashion. It will become popular again in a few decades time.
Girls names like Elsie were considered very old fashioned when I was young, now I know of several under 5s called Elsie.

I re-carpeted his flat in London years ago that he had rented out, apparently it took him ages to get the tenants out, and when they left they had smeared the words East End Scum all over his walls with poo poo....

I'm imagining, when he went into the flat and discovered the poo, it must have been a 'Duff.. Duff.. Duff, Duff.. Duff, DuffDuffDuff' moment.
