I think it was more the fact that the referee was contemplating what colour card he was going to show for the foul.

That's how I saw it. Seeing the replays later, Muzza could possibly have got a red for that

Haven't seen the replays, but fair enough.

Regardless, Evans should've been booked for his behaviour towards the assistant referee at the end.
