To be fair Mr Brown can play anywhere across the front three. Whether he's good enough to start there I'm not so sure but we bought him for a season so why not?

He's a forward, I get that, but that doesn't mean he's a striker. He's a forward that can play as support to a striker, think Lallana, Mata, Hazard etc just because they play at the top of the pitch doesn't mean they can lead the line on their own, it's a completely different role. I really don't think a kid with 8 career goals, being played out of position in the PL is a viable option.

Fair enough.
Ryan long ball to Duffy upfront, flicks it onto Brown. Simple beautiful football.

This sort of thing is bread and butter for AZ Gull but he doesn't seem as enthusiastic this season in keeping us updated

That's the second dig you've had at me in a couple of weeks. Anyone would think you pay good money to access NSC and have a right to get regular updates on the academy.

You don't; any content, articles or info you read on here is only available because someone has taken the trouble (and given up their spare time) to make it available to their fellow fans. The simple fact is (not that I'm obliged to offer you any sort of explanation) I've had family in town for two months and, with a couple of short vacations, my focus hasn't been on creating NSC content. I'm no less "enthusiastic" now than I've ever been.

Anyway, as it's my birthday today, I'm going to close NSC (with it's ungrateful and entitled posters), focus on my busy day at work and then enjoy my evening.

whilst talking to other tipsters 1 of them is a specialist in the league Ahannach has come from. His opinion is he has a big future and is a brilliant signing for us. But he also said the club he came from being so small will mean he goes under the radar for a while.
