I understand the frustration but if you are willing to do the travelling I'm sure there will be plenty of opportunity to do some away games and you can get the points ticking over for the next season . With demand outstripping supply there is no way of pleasing all

You're right, of course.

I might even look at the possibility of doing the Carabao Cup game at Bournemouth.

At least some of the games I want to do are potentially more likely - such as Swansea and WBA. I just hope I can claw my way up the list enough for the season finale, as I already have the hotel booked!

It's going to be the game with the highest demand of the entire season. The only other two venues that are possibly more appealing are Old Trafford and Stamford Bridge, which I think some people will be put off by distance and date respectively, leaving Arsenal as the most popular match bar none. So what can the club do apart from give the limited tickets to the people who deserve them most? You can easily make up a 10-point gap by going to Bournemouth in the League Cup and Swansea.

You're forgetting Wembley!

I've seen every game the Albion have played on that site (obviously all in the old stadium), but very much doubt I'll be there this time. My wife says it doesn't matter as it's only a league game......

Watford held a similar hard line reputation. On Saturday people were left to stand where they wished, even in aisles.

Er, no we weren't! Hassled throughout both halves, less so in the 2nd because they'd grown tired of and the sheer idiocy of trying to move 5 or 6 people near the back when hundreds further down were 'in breach' too finally dawned on them.

I actually thought the Watford stewards were fine. If anything their patience was to be applauded as some of our fans weren't exactly polite or reasonable and yet no one got thrown out.

Er, folks near to me were in the aisle. Whole match. Everyone was happy.

People standing in the aisles are a pain in the arse when you want to get anywhere. Dangerous too and should be moved.

I'd loved to have been moved...into my already taken seat and I wasn't going to ask them and their mates to move because it was nearly KO and frankly it's not a big issue standing in the aisle is it?

Totally forgot this morning. Got on the site immediately 10 minutes ago, was able to mess about looking at the seat view on the Arsenal site, and then choosing.
Problem with shallow terracing is the higher you go to to see the other end the much further you are away.

Same here. Just got mine. Didn't bother choosing a seat just selected what popped up as in my vague panic I saw something saying '36 left' (realise now this was just for the block, not the entire visiting section). Ended up in Block 20 but quite near the Arsenal fans. Pretty much paralell with the goal, half-way back, so a pretty good seat really.

I think so, and people probably also just assume they cannot chose another block

I am Block 20 and just took whatever was going.

My heart was racing at the thought of getting a ticket and I wish I had slowed down and got 23.

It makes no difference to me, but surely the club should have a consistent timeline for the addition of points relating to any given fixture. If they are added on a Monday morning following a game (and there is some suggestion that this is the norm) then it should have happened after the Watford game, bank holiday or not.

If the process requires manual intervention and it means someone has to put in a couple of hours work, then so be it.

Still no Watford points added to mine and my sons accounts. Stops me buying tomorrow but I guess you needed enough points before Watford. Oh well at least on TV.

I'd contact Supporter Services ASAP if the points would qualify you to buy tomorrow as mine were there when I logged on this morning so yours should be too.
