Exactly. Lost 2 games from very strong positions, and drew another from an equally strong position. Rain screwed us on games we were going well in too.

The way the players celebrated shows to me they had no idea on Somerset's big win. Which is poor. 5 overs ago it was obvious it wasn't going to be enough, so in hindsight needed to bowl the quickies. Shame, tonight's performance was phenomenal.

Which is why I'm furious Beer bowled two too many overs. At 65/7 all-out attacking was needed.

It's not like Beer bowled poorly, he was good. He even got the 8th wicket. He just isn't the player that can run through their tail.

The Sibley/Clarke swap between Surrey and Warwickshire has worked well.

Sibley has helped Warwickshire qualify and Clarke is getting Surrey there
