Like several others above I agreed with Hughton's tactics. Pressing too far up the pitch (anywhere near halfway for example) would be suicide as as our players are spread out over too wide an area. At least on Saturday, really congesting the space around the opposition was the only way we were going to avoid getting taken apart.

A more mobile striker than Hemed might have been nice, but wouldn't have changed the fact we were camped in our half, largely as we didn't have the ability to compete in midfield. I think our only chance of a point would have been scoring from one of those corners in the second half, and maintaining the tactics at the back.
