Queried this with Izquierdo as very similar September birth date - apparently cut off is 1/1/96 so would be in 25.

Wouldn't surprise me to see him go out on loan. Can't see him being in the 25 man squad.

Interesting that the club's official announcement states he'll be joining the first team squad. I expect he'll be fringe with the occasional start and a few sub appearances but otherwise playing in dev squad too.
I automatically assumed he'd be solely for the dev squad to begin with but they normally specify that in the announcement.

Kaz will be gone soon enough(sadly; it would hae been nice to have a player who played at withdean for us get the chance to play in the premier league for us - I know there's Murray but he skipped out on us for several years) but who else? New boy out on loan? Skalak? Murphy? Things were looking so simple a week ago, now it's all going crazy.
