Once more for old times sake:-
The only surprise about Huddersfield's start to this season is that they aren't playing us today.
As they'd then be playing their third championship team, in disarray, in succession.
As it is Southampton at home isn't the most Premier League of fixtures.
(Admittedly neither was Watford on fixtures day).

Glad his heart condition has been picked up and he can now receive the correct treatment, and we can move on.
I don't imagine the medical was any more rigorous than the one he had in January, when the issue was first diagnosed.
But it was only CP and Newc. Everyone beats CP 3-0 at Selhurst.
What are the odds on him playing against Luzern, 3pm tomorrow?

Hughton needs to buy a striker with PL experience - Crouch is a possibility but he's 36 - I would go for Shane Long or Charlie Austin with Long the preference because Austin is more injury prone.

Yes we have done it before in this window and the player in question is subsequently having a knee operation. What is amateur is expecting a top flight professional club to play 7 figures for someone without assessing them fully. Reads as sour grapes as clearly embarrassing for the selling club that the thoroughness of their own medical checks is being questioned.
So is all this stuff about 'owners' and 'co-owners' just translational or perhaps another reason why we didn't go through with the deal?
