Armchair followers of Premier League teams who refer to anything related to those teams as "ours" or "we", eg "Our keeper had a good game", "We still have a chance of qualifying for Europe".

Particularly if they live in Sussex and their adopted club is 200 miles away!

Using a self service checkout to do a weekly shop when you struggle with a TV remote, then once all the items are scanned putting them in bags.

Actually, the response to "Can I get...." should be along the lines "Of course you can, please be my guest, really no need to ask just go and get it"

Parents who finally get to the front of the concourse kiosk and only then ask what their children would like.

Oh yes! and also people who don't have their money ready to pay at the till even though they've just been standing in a queue to pay for something.
