O/T: anybody been to China?

I think Chengdu is the home of good Szechuan Cuisine. Hot and Spicy. Probably cooked with a lot of fat too, so it's quite oily, stir frys etc.

Looking back I'd say Chengdu was probably my favorite Chinese City. It's location also made it a gateway to a lot of China's attractions.
